Your appointment

Understand what is happening and what comes next

Pain, stiffness and injuries can make work, exercise or everyday movement harder. Physiotherapy starts with a conversation about your symptoms, your circumstances and the activities you want to get back to.

Gerry will carry out a musculoskeletal assessment and explain the findings. Depending on that assessment, your appointment may include hands-on treatment and a rehabilitation plan. Exercises and advice can be adapted as you progress; treatment and recovery vary from person to person.
